Best Western Plus Gallup Inn & Suites

This beautifully kept hotel was in central location next door to a famous Route 66 landmark. And we were very close to the famous El Rancho restaurant and El Rancho and a drive downtown.

Terrific service and exceptionally nice location, great for our needs. Brand-new units with a good variety of options. Absolutely courteous and very attentive staff; easy check in👌

The staff were accommodating and courteous and kept the place clean.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was slow.

Great spot for a city trip

Clean room, friendly staff, which really enhanced my stay in a conveniently located hotel near Route 66 and just 200 km from the nearest airport.

No complaints.

Everything in the hotel was good and met needs. My room with an extra rollaway bed was fashionable. It was short walk to Gallup as well as stores, fantastic location overall. I loved this wonderful and convenient venue and would stay here again.

Couples seeking a decent night

Great hot breakfast and the bed was comfortable. They had nice lighting and full amenities in the room very relaxing after a long day on the road.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but what isn't these days.

Louder air conditioning unit at night would help.

Family with kids might wanna think twice

I gotta say the room we had was quite spacious and everything looked clean we had a nice shower and tons of channels to watch on TV. Also soft beds really can't argue with that.

It wasn't exactly cheap either but it was bearable.

The breakfast had delicious scrambled eggs, sausage, and French toast. The indoor pool was great, with windows that opened for fresh air. Our room featured a kitchenette, refrigerator, and a comfortable sofa bed. The staff, including Andy, was super accommodating and friendly throughout our stay.

The staff, and our Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was clean and cozy. We even took a short trip to explore some nearby historical sites, only a quick drive away.

My kids wished for a better breakfast selection.

The room was really clean and spacious. Loved the breakfast spread, eggs, bacon, and even diabetic options. There was a bit of a hassle with the parking lot location though, it wasn't ideal. My room had a nice size fridge which was great for snacks! Definitely felt comfy overall!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good selection at breakfast. The location felt a bit unsafe at night, and check-in was less than welcoming. It was a decent experience, but improvements needed in staff friendliness and security measures.
